Vela is a hardwired chandelier that connects to a ceiling junction box. We recommend having a licensed electrician install it.
Shipping, returns & warranty
Free tracked shipping on every U.S. order, duties and customs fees included. Your light arrives in 15–25 business days in total, including 1–2 business days to prepare your order. Tracking is emailed as soon as it ships.
30-day returns on eligible items, unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Every fixture is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

How many rings do I need?
3 rings suit a dining table or living room (drop up to 59 in), 4 rings a larger room or entry (up to 78.7 in), and 5 or 6 rings a double-height entry or stairwell (up to 118 in).
Can I adjust the rings?
Yes. Each ring hangs on steel wires, so you can set its height and angle during installation.
Which light option should I choose?
Warm white is cozy for living spaces and cool white is crisper. The remote version lets you dim the light and switch between warm, neutral and cool white.
Is a bulb included?
Yes. The LED is built into the rings, so there is nothing else to buy.
Does it work with U.S. power?
Yes. We supply the 110 to 120 V U.S. version.

How long will delivery take?

What if my light arrives damaged?
Email a photo to support@vesalight.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement, a new part or a refund, at no cost to you, and cover any return shipping we ask for.
What if it isn't right for my space?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send the return instructions. For a change of mind, return shipping is at your cost and some items go back to our overseas warehouse, so if you're unsure about size or finish, send us a photo of your room before ordering and we'll help you choose.
