Trade questions
Who can join?
Any business that buys lighting for clients or projects: interior designers, architects, home stagers, builders, contractors, property managers, hotels and restaurants. We may ask for a website, portfolio or business license.
Can the trade discount be combined with other offers?
No. Your trade code replaces other discount codes and automatic multi-buy offers, and it always gives you the better price.
Do you offer quotes for large projects?
Yes. Send us your list of lights and quantities, and we will reply with one quote and a delivery estimate for the whole project.
Are shipping, returns and warranty the same?
Yes. Free tracked shipping with duties included, 30-day returns on eligible items and a 2-year warranty on every light.
