These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vesalight website and your purchase of products from us. Vesalight is a brand of STMEDIA LLC.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, finishes, colors, materials, photographs, pricing, and specifications are accurate. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting conditions, manufacturing tolerances, natural materials, or production variations.

If exact dimensions, finish, compatibility, installation requirements, or another specification is important for your project, contact support@vesalight.com before ordering.

Pricing and Orders

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We may correct obvious pricing, description, or typographical errors. If an error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfillment or cancel and refund the affected item.

Availability

Products displayed as available for purchase are offered based on current fulfillment availability. In the rare event that an inventory synchronization error prevents fulfillment after an order is placed, we will contact you promptly and refund any affected item that cannot be supplied.

Made-to-Order and Custom Products

Only products specifically identified on their product page as made to order or custom are subject to made-to-order production terms. These products typically require approximately 10 business days of production before shipment unless another production time is stated on the product page.

Shipping

Vesalight ships within the United States. Free standard shipping is offered on U.S. orders. Most standard products require 1–3 business days of processing before shipment. After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes approximately 3–5 weeks. See our Shipping Policy for complete details.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for preference-based return shipping costs. Made-to-order, custom, personalized, specially configured, or final-sale products are not eligible for preference-based returns once production has started.

Installation and Compatibility

Lighting fixtures may require professional electrical installation. Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for their electrical system, installation location, ceiling or wall structure, intended use, and applicable local requirements.

Warranty

Eligible Vesalight lighting products include a 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect maintenance, or damage caused after delivery.
