AT A GLANCE
Kumo is a sculptural rice paper lantern in three soft, stacked tiers, inspired by traditional Japanese paper lamps. Fine horizontal ribbing runs around the paper, a thin wire handle sits on top, and slender metal legs lift it just off the floor. Switched on, the paper turns the light into a warm, calm glow.
Why you'll love it
- A Japandi classic. Three rounded tiers of natural white paper, light and airy in any room.
- Soft, diffused light. The translucent paper hides the bulb and spreads a gentle glow with no glare.
- Easy to place. A plug-in lamp: set it beside a sofa, on a low console or in a reading corner.
- Light to move. Paper shade on a fine wire frame, easy to lift and restyle.
Where to use it
On the floor beside a sofa or bed, on a low sideboard or bench, or in an empty corner that needs a warm accent. It works well in Japandi, wabi-sabi, Scandinavian and minimalist rooms.
